NexaFlow Labs

Privacy

Updated on July 4, 2026.

BatchCutout is a NexaFlow Labs product created to process multiple images directly in the user's browser. This page explains what data is handled when you use the tool, create an account, or purchase the Pro plan.

Image processing

Photos are loaded locally in the browser, processed on the device, and exported as PNG or ZIP. We do not store, view, or transfer the images to BatchCutout-owned infrastructure.

Account and Pro access

When you create an account, we store your email, plan status, batch limits, monthly usage, and identifiers needed to connect the account to payment. These data are used for authentication, Pro activation, limit management, and support.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. BatchCutout does not receive or store full card details. We may store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers to activate, renew, cancel, or confirm Pro access.

Measurement and cookies

We may use simple measurement to understand visits, upload starts, downloads, Pro clicks, and campaign origin. When the consent banner is shown, you can accept it or continue without non-essential measurement.

Voluntary contact

After testing or downloading results, you may leave your email to receive the tool link and useful BatchCutout updates. This step is optional and does not block the free 2-image test. You can ask for removal or stop follow-up by replying to the email or contacting support@batchcutout.com.

Formats and limitations

The selector accepts multiple image formats, but some may not process correctly in every browser. For best results, use JPG, PNG, or WebP.

External services

The tool may load external libraries needed to remove the background and generate ZIP files. Operation may depend on internet connection, browser support, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, and configured measurement services.
