Cancellation
You can cancel BatchCutout Pro at any time through the billing portal linked to your account. After cancellation, the subscription stops renewing. Pro access may remain available until the end of the period already paid.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. In general, we prioritize duplicate charges, technical errors that prevent Pro use after payment, or incorrect account activation. Normal use of the service during a paid period does not create an automatic refund for a partial period.

Send the account email, charge date, and request reason to support@batchcutout.com. This policy does not limit mandatory legal rights that may apply to your case.
