Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation
You can cancel BatchCutout Pro at any time through the billing portal linked to your account. After cancellation, the subscription stops renewing. Pro access may remain available until the end of the period already paid. Image packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. In general, we prioritize duplicate charges, technical errors that prevent Pro use after payment, pack credits that are not activated correctly, or incorrect account activation. Normal use of the service during a paid period or consumed pack credits does not create an automatic refund.

Send the account email, charge date, and request reason to support@batchcutout.com. This policy does not limit mandatory legal rights that may apply to your case.
