Terms of use
By using BatchCutout, you accept these terms. BatchCutout is a NexaFlow Labs product for removing backgrounds from product photos in batches.
Plans and limits
The free test allows up to 2 images total per browser. One-time packs add image credits to the account and allow batches of up to 100 images while credits remain available. The Pro plan allows up to 100 images per batch and up to 2,000 images per month while the subscription is active and payment is confirmed.
Payments and renewal
Payments are handled through Stripe Checkout. Packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Pro plans are recurring subscriptions and renew automatically according to the selected billing period, unless cancelled before renewal. The final price and applicable taxes are shown in Checkout before payment.
Allowed use
You must only use images that you have the right to process. You must not use the service for illegal or abusive content, content that violates third-party rights, or attempts to bypass technical limits, security, authentication, or billing.
Availability and results
BatchCutout depends on the browser, internet connection, and external services. Cutout quality may vary depending on the image, lighting, background, format, and resolution. We may fix, improve, suspend, or change features to keep the service secure and functional.
Cancellation and support
You can cancel your subscription through the payment management option available in your Pro account. Packs have no renewal to cancel. For billing, access, or support questions, contact support@batchcutout.com.
